You've gotta have fun with it.

According to the Chronicle of Philanthropy, the average fundraiser stays at his or her job for 16 months, and the average cost of finding a replacement is more than $127,000. Fundraising is a high-stakes, high-reward, high-stress environment, and I think we could all benefit from taking David Thorne's approach to our professional lives - have a little fun with it.
